my grandmother loved the Mother’s Ring I gifted her

I gifted my grandmother a lovely Mother’s Ring. She was so delighted to receive it. It had my name and her name crafted together on that lovely mother’s ring or should I say grandmother’s ring. She says she will cherish it always. She had tears in her eyes when I gave it to her. She said that she never felt this important, ever in her entire life. The ring is in sterling silver and has her birthstone- Austrian crystal in heart shape on it. I am happy that I could make her feel so special as she truly is special for me.
