The stress is bound to effect your homeschooling routine. The best thing to do is to recognize that you are going through a difficult time and accept the fact that you need a break. There is nothing wrong with taking a break from you children. In fact, most often breaks help us refresh our enthusiasm and motivation.
Sometimes, the cause of homeschool burnout is parents packing too many activities into the week. If this is the case for you, then ask your children to choose their favourite one or two activities and put the rest on hold. If you’re experiencing homeschool burnout because of other responsibilities that are demanding your attention, then get someone to take over some of the homeschool work. Lucid Dreaming Research on the Rise

In the 1980s, lucid dreaming research was a hot topic with psychologists. This interest helped fan the flames of what is now called the contemporary dream movement. Many psychologists believed that lucid dreaming could solve a lot of problems and help their clients, especially those suffering with nightmares.
Strangely enough, this interest cooled after an academic journal known as the Lucidity Letter closed its doors. However, popular interest in lucid dreaming has been growing ever since, and many advances in lucid dreaming techniques have been discovered by the lay public. This sustained popular interest eventually is rebounding back into academia, as young scholars are looking at lucid dreaming again, with fresh eyes and minds.
